First up: The Volcano Roll from Kona Island Sushi Bar!
I could not be happier that Disney has finally made the Kona Island Sushi Bar a permanent fixture at the Polynesian Resort! We dine here at least once a trip.
My favorite roll by far is the Volcano Roll - fresh tuna, pickled vegetables, spicy mayo, shrimp salad and tempura crunch....Yum!
